Cancellation and Refund Policy

At NexGenChamp Learning Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide high-quality educational services to our students. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations and refunds.

1. Course Cancellation by NexGenChamp

Course Rescheduling or Cancellation:
NexGenChamp reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrolled students will be notified as soon as possible.

Refund for Course Cancellation:
If a course is canceled by NexGenChamp, students will have the option to either receive a full refund of the course fees or transfer to another available course of equal value.

2. Cancellation by the Student

Cancellation Before Course Start Date:

  • Students may cancel their enrollment up to 15 days before the course start date to receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees (such as registration or processing fees).
  • If the cancellation request is made within 7 days of the course start date, a partial refund of 30% of the course fees will be provided.

Cancellation After Course Start Date:

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the course has started. However, students may be eligible for a course transfer to a future session or a different course, subject to availability and management approval.

3. Refund Policy for 100% Job Guarantee Courses

Eligibility for Refund:
The 100% Job Guarantee courses offer a refund if a student does not secure a job within 6 months of course completion, provided all program requirements are met. To be eligible for a refund, students must:

  • Attend all sessions and complete all assignments, projects, and assessments on time.
  • Actively participate in job search activities, including attending job fairs, submitting applications, and attending interviews arranged by NexGenChamp.
  • Adhere to all terms and conditions outlined in the Job Guarantee agreement.

Refund Process:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days after the job guarantee period ends.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 days of approval of the refund request to their original payment method.
  • NexGenChamp reserves the right to deny a refund if the student fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements.

4. Exceptions

Non-Refundable Fees:
Certain fees, such as registration, administrative, or material costs, are non-refundable. These will be clearly communicated during the enrollment process.

Special Circumstances:
In cases of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, NexGenChamp may offer refunds or course transfers on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
